Delivery Policy

 

Delivery and shipment of orders within the Accra shall be handled by Man Foreal Company Limited or its affiliated companies or parties as long as the destination is covered by its delivery network. Delivery of the products shall be made to the address you specify upon checkout.

The Total Shipping Fees will be sent together with the Payment instructions when we verify your orders.

Deliveries within 24-48 hours upon confirmation not including Sundays and Official Holiday.

Pick up is available at All Man Foreal Branches:

• 1118 New Town Road Accra Branch
• 7 Hill Street Accra Branch

For deliveries outside Accra, Please contact us at 0540374443 for alternative option.

Man Foreal Company Limited shall not be held liable for non-delivery of product due to the following circumstances beyond Man Foreal’s control and its affiliate partners:

• Unavailability of the cardholder or authorized representative
• Incomplete or incorrect address.
• Force Majeure

At the time of delivery, the risk of loss and/or damage to the products will be transferred to you.

Ownership of the products will only be passed to you when we receive full payment of all sums due from you, including delivery charges.

Please contact immediately upon receipt if there’s any damage, missing item/s, or problems with the order that you receive. We will coordinate the issue as soon as possible.
